Shipping

All House of RaiR garments are handcrafted and made-to-order.

  • Domestic (India): Shipping charges will be additional and calculated based on the weight and volume of the product.
  • International: Shipping charges will apply and vary depending on the destination country, weight, and volume.
  • USA Orders: A 25% penalty fee will be levied on all exchanges to the United States.
  • Duties & Taxes: All import duties, customs fees, and taxes are fully covered by House of RaiR. Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges at delivery.
Returns

Each RaiR garment is created on a made-to-order basis and handcrafted exclusively for you. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. We do not offer returns once an order is placed.

For alterations, we are happy to assist. Please ensure your size is chosen carefully when purchasing from our Ready-to-Ship category. If post-purchase alterations are required, an alteration fee will be applicable.

Note: Sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Refund & Exchange

All House of RaiR garments are handcrafted and made-to-order.

  • We do not provide refunds on any items sold.
  • We are happy to offer an exchange in case of a size concern, provided it is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that is heavily damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
  • While we do not guarantee exchanges or replacements, we may offer to repair the product wherever possible.

    • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. This also applies to damaged pieces purchased during a sale.
